Profile Ads Management Tool
Profile is a digital marketing agency specializing in contextual advertising setup and ongoing campaign management.
Purpose of the tool
Profile uses an internal software tool that works with the Google Ads API. The tool helps authorized Profile team members create, configure, analyze, and manage advertising campaigns for clients who have granted Profile access to their Google Ads accounts.
The tool is not a public service. Clients and other external users do not receive direct login access to its interface.
Features
Authorized Profile team members may use the tool to:
  • view the structure and settings of connected Google Ads accounts;
  • create and update campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords;
  • manage budgets, bids, targeting settings, and campaign statuses;
  • retrieve impressions, clicks, costs, conversions, and other performance metrics;
  • prepare internal reports and campaign optimization recommendations.
All actions are performed only in advertising accounts for which the client or account owner has granted Profile the appropriate access.
Use of Google data
The tool requests only the Google Ads data required to provide the advertising setup, management, and reporting services agreed with the relevant client.
Google Ads data is not:
  • sold;
  • transferred to advertising networks or data brokers;
  • used to create unrelated advertising profiles;
  • used for purposes unrelated to services provided to the relevant client;
  • made available to anyone other than authorized Profile personnel and service providers who need access to provide the agreed services and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Profile complies with the applicable Google Ads API policies, the Google API Services User Data Policy, and Google requirements concerning advertising content, restricted regions, and sanctions.
Access control and deletion requests
A client may revoke Profile's access in their Google Ads account settings at any time. A client may also request that Profile stop processing and delete data associated with their account by contacting us by email.
