Privacy Policy for the Profile Ads Management Tool
This Privacy Policy explains how Profile ("Profile," "we," "us") accesses, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information when its internal advertising management tool interacts with the Google Ads API.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to Profile's internal tool used to create, manage, monitor, and analyze advertising campaigns in Google Ads accounts for which a client or account owner has granted Profile access.
The tool is not intended for direct use by the general public and does not provide clients with a separate login or public dashboard.
2. Data we process
Depending on the permissions granted to Profile, the tool may access and process:
  • Google Ads manager and client account identifiers;
  • campaign, ad group, advertisement, and keyword settings;
  • search terms, audiences, locations, and other targeting settings;
  • budgets, bids, and advertising cost information;
  • impressions, clicks, conversions, and other performance metrics;
  • operation statuses, errors, and results returned by the Google Ads API;
  • limited technical logs required for security, troubleshooting, and prevention of duplicate operations.
We do not ask clients to provide their Google Account passwords. Access is granted through Google Ads account controls and can be revoked by the account owner.
3. Purposes of processing
We use this data only to:
  • provide the advertising services agreed with the relevant client;
  • create and update campaigns at the client's request;
  • analyze advertising performance and prepare reports;
  • maintain the quality, security, and reliability of the tool;
  • comply with applicable law and Google Ads API requirements.
4. Basis for processing
We process data as necessary to provide services requested by a client, on the basis of the access granted by the client or account owner, and where otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell Google Ads data or disclose it to advertising networks, data brokers, or other third parties for their independent use.
Access may be provided only to authorized Profile team members, contractors and infrastructure providers who require limited access and are subject to confidentiality obligations, or public authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
Profile's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Security and storage
We use reasonable organizational and technical safeguards, including access restrictions, separation of credentials, encrypted network connections, and monitoring of authorized operations.
Google Ads data may be processed on demand and may be stored in working reports, campaign settings, and limited technical logs to the extent necessary to provide services, protect the tool, and meet contractual obligations.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide services to the relevant client, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
Following termination of the services or receipt of a valid deletion request, data that we are not legally required to retain will be deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days. Residual copies may remain in backups until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle and will not be used for any other purpose.
8. Revoking access and submitting a request
A client may at any time remove Profile's access through their Google Ads account settings; request access to, correction of, restriction of, or deletion of data associated with their account; or terminate the relevant service arrangement in accordance with its terms.
Requests may be sent to 2512477@gmail.com. To protect an advertising account, we may ask the requester to verify their authority over the account.
9. Restrictions on the use of Google data
Information received through Google APIs is not used for sale or transfer to data brokers, for personalized advertising unrelated to the relevant client's instructions, to make decisions concerning credit, insurance, employment, or other sensitive matters, to monitor users outside the disclosed functionality of the tool, or in violation of Google Ads policies, export controls, or applicable sanctions.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our tool, applicable law, or Google requirements change. The current version will be published at a permanent URL on the Profile website and will display its latest revision date.
